Catering Terms

Services

Caterer agrees to provide the following:

• Disposable plates
• Napkins
• Utensils
• Food set-up & clean up

Client agrees to provide tables for food set-up

Caterer will arrive at location 4-5 hours before the event

Client agrees to provide space of at least 30ft for the food truck

Pricing

Truck catering starts at $1500.00

Drop off catering $500 minimum

Standard truck service time is 3hrs ($200.00 for each additional hour after)

Deposit & payment

Client is required to pay a deposit of 50% upon signing contract

Deposit is none refundable

Client may request additional services with the knowledge that these services will add to the total cost to the agreed contract and must be agreed to in writing or as an addendum to the agreement or in a separate document

The remaining balance of the event is due before or at the end of the event

Returned check fee

There is a $35 charge for any checks returned

Guest and menu

Client agrees to provide caterer with total number of guest no less than 7 days before the event. Any changes to the number of guests will affect the amount.PClient agrees to provide caterer with any food allergies.
